Participants must register for events through the provided Google Form. Upon successful registration, participants will receive a QR code.

Participants are required to scan the QR code and send a screenshot of the scanned QR code to the event organizers.

On the day of the event, participants must register in person at the registration desk located in the college.

No refunds will be provided for any reason.

Participants agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, rules, or any other aspect of the event as deemed necessary.

Participants acknowledge that the event organizers are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the event.
